* All cottages are uninsulated and have 3 pc bath, an electric heater, kitchen with dishes & utensils and a front deck. Bedrooms have single and or double beds with linens supplied.
* There are picnic tables and BBQ's around the property and chairs at the pool area, as well as a horseshoe pit, volleyball court, and trails for hiking.
*A deposit of $100 and a valid credit card with current expiry date must be provided for each cottage reservation.
* Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 45 days prior to the planned arrival date. There is no refund for late arrival, early departures, or inclement weather. Check in time is from 2 pm to 6 pm and check-out is 10 am.
* A temporary account will be established for your stay, payable by 6 pm on your last day. Otherwise, you may pay for the accommodation and any rentals upon arrival
and settle miscellaneous items on a cash basis.
* Dock space - with hydro or undercover as available, $ 1.15 / foot per night or $ 5.75 / foot / per week.
* Taxes are extra. Cottages - add 5% GST and 8% PST.
* Dockage - add 5% GST
* 2nd week rate is valid for consecutive stays only, minimum 1 week stay during
period June 15th - August 30
